just some suggestions:
- sponsor team, I am in touch, see other thread
- venue:
I was in touch with Vietnamese German uni last time, but Thu Duc is too small and now they moved to Binh Duong anyway.
I do not recommend FPT - poor organisation there.
Trying to get you guys the contact details of the dean of Saigontech
- communication:
I do not recommend you a pm-tool. Just increases overhead. A well structured Master file with one responsible person to manage might be sufficient.

Thanks for putting this together Minh, and sorry I couldn't make the
first meeting it looks like it was quite productive.

I'm happy to help out with supply chain and also if we do choose RMIT
as the venue again I'll handle that since I'm still working there. We
should make that decision at the next meeting as RMIT has a lengthy
process of approving events (8-12 weeks). Having said that they will
be more than happy to have us back as RMIT is trying to gain
visibility in the tech sector.

I think previous BarCamps have shown that Suppliers and Sponsors are linked together very closely, so may I suggest that these teams work closely together. Sorry if doubling anyone with this comment, I just think that it's very important especially in terms of issuing red invoices.

Hi Thomas,

I agree with you. I think that we should set some rules for 2 teams to work well together such as defining what job is belong to each team, and what job can be done by both teams...
