Spouse client ID in pensioners joint account

This is informed us that pension account is opened jointly with spouse. Client ID for spouse is showing INDIVIDUAL and actually should be Family of Ex staff . So that in any unfortunate scenario there should not be any problem. 

The following msg in UCO bank is in circulation. customer id may kindly be changed from INDIVIDUAL TO

Family of Ex-Staff in CIM 71 option.
