On 29th June'16, the Bench has directed to list these applications along with the main matters in the month of January, 2017.Not for final disposal.We have to wait further after Jan'17.

You said it PMji.These anti bank retiree people kept mum during the conduct of case at Madras HC-single bench as well division bench.Now it seems, they want to spoil our prospects.While they claim that they have no mandate from the banks, by which mandate they filed intervention appln?Why the Apex court allowed it as it was not presented during the argument  stage in HC?All these arouse doubts in our minds.Where is UFBU who claimed to be the champions of settling DA issue?

 

I feel these are mere eye washes to cheat us further.We have no hope for win through UFBU intervention or judicial intervention.Quite unfortunate to have been BANK retirees.All the CG/state govt  retirees get insulated through the action of their outfits.

 

I think the case of Shri ABK may be dragged indefinitely though this ‘intervention’ theory.Mandate , intervention theories and the new theories in the offing seal our entire prospects…The new year brings us NO CHEERS…

Dear Rangarajan,

IBA simply can not escape saying it has no mandate.It had mandate as on 01/05/2005 and has to explain how it has denied the benefit of 100 percent DA neutralisation to pre Nov 2002 retirees by an administrative order and not restored the benefit long after the same was restored in RBI,which is contrary to clause no 6 of MOU dt 29/10/1993,signed by IBA and AIBEA.IBA is accountable for its past actions of omissions and commissions.How IBA and UFBU can deny any benefit to retirees by an understanding or agreement when retirees are not represented by UFBU.
