1. Robust fundamentals in web application development
2. Good knowledge of Ruby/Rails(at least 1 - 2 years of experience) and a good understanding of REST & AJAX
3. Understanding of Test Driven Development
4. Great team player and ability to mentor freshers
5. Ability to think from a fresh perspective
6. And finally, ability to work efficiently and go home early (Unless of course you are only nocturnal, which is fine with us!)
