IMO Delhi is THE* place to ride a road bike. Lovely roads, flat surface. Perfect for roadies.

Yeah right, only if good roads were required to ride a bike(that too missing in delhi). Well consider brash dilli drivers. Jaats and gujjar taking pride in Driving a car and respect for the cyclists. To top it all off, beautiful summer weather, a beautiful sunny day to ride. Not sayin doesnt ever happen in bangalore, but in general bangaloreans are much educated (% of population). And BTW i've lived in delhi all my life.
