(_) \(_)... Burn fat not fuel - Byke along to a healthier lyfe and cleaner world! :)
It's just that I want to make a well balanced set of slides - little bit
for everyone since we have a good number of participants from the fairer
sex (who probably have additional things to worry about - complexion and
all)... :))
It helps if we have some BBcuties - probably makes a lot of difference
if they speak up!;)
Let's see how it goes at Oracle/iGate. Approaching IIMB, JNC, MCC, St
Josephs, etc also now.

Thanks Neera - I m not changing the subject line so we can close this
thread! :)
Sorry people - I saw BBC expanded to this in earlier threads and I
re-used - I like the Cubs version much better though personally. I have
seen the use elsewhere and it is considered rather cool (possibly
elitist - not sexist) -
is a good example! :)) I think spelling it that way makes all the
difference - Chix (closer to Chic! :D) more so like byke! ;)
The important thing is such questions - A lady at HP told that she loved
riding with her kids and other kids think she is a cool mom but she
feels uncomfortable when 'men' look at her!!! I had absolutely no clue
how to answer that - a possible dodo response wud be - "I m learning
kalari, u can too!" - bad answer as I m not sensitive to the issue - I
hv no understanding. So if a Neera, Rekha, Anita, etc answered this it
wud make all the difference.
I get a lot of constructive criticism post these sessions (sometimes
that is all I get! :D) - the last thing I want is the tag - 'sexist'. I
don't wish to sound condescending and I m even afraid to respond to the
safety queries - "There is this gal who bikes 17kms to work one way - if
she can do it so can u, just get on to the saddle and get over the
mental block". This might sound derogatory and some wud take it badly
but the intention is to say - "Women have to deal with a lot more issues
than men - safety being one of the most crucial. If there are this women
doing it - what the heck are u complaining about?" I hold each biker esp
so the ladies in very high regard but it wud be sad if all this is misread.
U know wat - if I din't get the snaps (since it wud be on the net and
all) I was going to tell the potential converts to actually come to
rides (challenging ones at that) to see the amazing bikers from the
fairer sex - for themselves!!! :))
That's that...

I totally agree with Annjuu, why should being called cute sound
derogatory? It doesn't mean that you cant be strong, daring,
adventurous, cool or with A PERSONALITY at the same time.
Will let u know how the presentation went. Anybody close to Oracle
office please drop in with ur bikes. I m reachable at 98451 55447.

Now you’ll have enough photographs, sure, from several people who will be big enough to rise above the way in which it was couched, but that seems so meagre compared to what it could have been.
