Dear friends,

We are inspecting together - health and labor inspector - the companies trading/selling  asbestos products for insulation, sealings, compressed papers, wound and gaskets prohibited in Sao Paulo state and we are finding lot of products that were imported in a illegal way from Asia, especially from China and India, because they are not any more produced in Brazil.
The business works in a virtual business world: a small business / dealer in Brazil  (in general familial business) offers their products through the internet and oder to the 2 big representatives in Asia - the  major is the Chinese guy in Macau who has a Portuguese name and speaks Portuguese - and they deliver directly to the interested to have asbestos products (very cheaper than the similars no asbestos)..
We are asking( I am just petitioning) to our Federal Police (our FBI) and the Public Minsitry (prosecutors) to take actions against (including criminal charges if possible ) to halt this illegal business.
If you have any extra idea how to stop this illegal and immoral commerce, I thank you so much and if possible if you can communicate to your authorities about the action of these 2 citizens acting in an illegal way, exporting dangerous products to places where asbestos is prohibited, I thank you too.
We are tracking where these materials are arriving (the ports in Brazil) and nosing all the foots they are having here...and if possible to order a prision/arrest order for both if they are cathed trading asbestos products in Sao Paulo state

India has been exporting asbestos products to countries like Bhutan as well.

As to Indian asbestos products in Sau Paulo, it is possible that the
Chinese are using Indian brand names to push Chinese products.

Recently, there has been cases in India Chinese products were found
which were being sold as 'Made in India' products. Indian Commerce
Ministry has received complaints about Chinese firms offloading their
products as Indian products. Instances of spurious Chinese products
making their way into India with fake "Made in India" labels are on
the rise.

The fact remains China and India are also expected to present large
numbers of people suffering from asbestos realted diseases because
controls over trade, manufacturing and use of asbestos in these
countries are non-existent.
