FYI. The DD work schedule has been given to you during the commencement of your course of studies. In fact, the submission deadline has been delayed.
As students of higher education, I would expect you to have and to respond with the spirit of excellence, proactivity and responsibility.
Grace has been given in the deadline. You should (and I say 'should' although it is expected of you) have the tenacity to carry it through.
I understand the CNY's 'closure for business' culture for many businesses. If you are not sure of the delivery schedule of your printer's schedule, then check it out yourself and revert to me or Sabrina. I am sure we (both of us are human with a heart that's warm and beating) can accomodate to options.
May I suggest that the class representatives to check and make arrangement for the thesis printing. Revert to us with submission schedule ASAP.

We need to submit 2 copies of our dissertation (refer to thesis submission guideline). Please take note of the date.
Projected Deadline:
Dissertation Finalisation: 5 Feb
Send for binding: 10 - 16 Feb (this is my rough estimation)
Dissertation Submission: End Feb (exact date yet to be confirm)
Please note that copying services will be close due to CNY period so take that into account when sending ur dissertation for binding.

I have contacted the following shops with regards to printing our
dissertation.
The general feedback is that most printing factories will be closing early
for the CNY period.
Therefore we wld need to giv em our materials this week/ early next week to
secure a collection date within Feb. As such, errrr hmmmm...
James & Sabrina when is a acceptable date that we must hand in our
disseration on?
