Layout plan and booth design for GradShow

Hi All,
Attached are the layout plan for our grad show and also a sketch drawn by Jerry of our booth design. Jerry will be planning the entire Gallery 1 and 2 layout for BA GC and MD. From the plan, MD will be taking the whole middle stretch of G1 & 2, as we do not require panels. GC will be taking the perimeter as they require the sides to support their panels.
Please take note on the measurements. The heights and lengths are standards of this modular system. The height of 1000mm is the height of the pedestrals we see during the WIP show with the laptops.
For the sketch, Jerry actually join 2 step booth design together. Which means each of us will have 1 step booth for ourselves.
As for installations parties, I have informed Jerry regarding your needs.
- Noraini: i have request 3 x 1000mm ht pedestrals for u from the contractor and also a wall space.
- Pagan: u will have 2 x the step booth design for your installation.
- fit: u are in the loop. but i think u got to consider to make ur installation kind of blend into the overall design. perhaps we can talk about it again.
