Dear all

 

I would like to share a very interesting bamboo housing project that we have just completed. INBAR collaborated with Advanced bamboo and timber technology (ABTC), Changsa to design and construct a 2 by 4 north American style demonstration house in black bamboo garden in Beijng, PR China. The main purpose of the demonstration project is to demonstrate how bamboo can be used for highend multi-story sturctures. The project was funded by BMF USA. The black bamboo garden is very famous park in Beijing and 1000's of visitors visit everyday during summer. We are hoping that the project will motivate people to go for green building through modern technology. Pls a few sample photos for your information.
