How Can Bail Bond Financing For Bail Bond Companies Benefit The Industry? 
  Sharing sub prime lending risks with other lenders seems to be a good way to reduce default costs for bail bond companies. Besides shifting risk burden to outside unsecured lenders bail bond companies make a decent commission on the referral also.

Why Hasn't The Bail Bond Industry Joined Forces With Sub Prime Lending Industry Until Now? 
  Lack of information on the various financing options is the number one culprit from what I hear from bail bond companies. If they only knew that there were unsecured lenders out their willing to provide them with the bad credit loan underwriting that they need!

Why Are Bail Bond Companies Forced Into Sub Prime Lending? 
  Very interesting question if you think about it. On the phone with a large bail bond company I was told that many people just don't have enough cash up front. If the bail bond companies did want to refuse to take payments on their fees they would go out of business.
