Backwoods Orienteering Klub Annual Meeting

We need to have our annual meeting soon.  We discussed possible dates at the last event, and the two possibilities are Wednesday October 17 and 24. 

We have a spreadsheet set up where you can indicate your preference.

If you would like to attend the meeting then please add your name to the sheet and indicate your date preference with either a 1=preferred, 0=ok, or -1=impossible in the column for that date.

Indicate your preference soon. Deadline for helping choose the date is noon, this Wednesday, October 10.  At that time I'll post the meeting notice.

Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting (whether you add your name to this list or not). At the meeting we set the next years schedule, elect  the board of directors, and discuss next years plans.   We supply a pizza dinner, and anyone who chooses can bring a salad or dessert to share.  The meeting is at my house, 904 Dorothea Drive in Raleigh at 7pm.  There will be more details in the announcement after we set the date.
