Provisionally booked at the Lea Valley YHA

to
Sunday 19 May.

If we get ten takers the un-sponsored price will be approximately £100
per head for full board and conference facilities.

Last year there were fifteen mooters, twelve in residence.

The price goes down the more residents we get. We can accommodate up
to twenty.

The proceedings will start, as last year, with the BAA AGM if agreed
nem. con..

I have 'til Monday 1 April to confirm, amend or cancel.

I shall confirm if I hear from ten hopefuls before the deadline.

Phil,

I expect to be on the way back from France on the Sunday, so I am far from hopeful, say very doubtful as the other plans while not finalised are unlikely to fall through completely.

The price I quoted is a maximum and MIGHT be offset by sponsorship but
