ClipperCard accuracy? 
  I get on BART at El Cerrito Del Norte and I swear that two out of ten times I get "see agent" message when I try to swipe my ClipperCard. It's not as bad at other stations but last weekend at Powell Station my card was read correctly but I still got the "see agent." At Del Norte I must always swipe... more »

Clipper Card Online Refills Can Take 5 Days to be Credited 
  We were going into San Francisco yesterday and I thought we might use Muni so I put $20 onto a new Clipper card that I had received some time back at a street fair (where they still give them out free rather than charging $3).
