I get on BART at El Cerrito Del Norte and I swear that two out of ten times I get "see agent" message when I try to swipe my ClipperCard. It's not as bad at other stations but last weekend at Powell Station my card was read correctly but I still got the "see agent." At Del Norte I must always swipe... more »

Last weekend I was trying to get on BART at Powell Station but when I swiped my ClipperCard, I got a message saying "see agent." I tried again and still got the same message. This entrance only had one turnstile allocated for going in and there were people behind me so I walk over to other entrance... more »
