Still we have not yet decided the place to observe in patna.
and does the patna science college has a clear eastern horizon because the totality occurs at 19degrees east at patna. so we want the horizon to be clear. and can you give us its telephone number.

As it took too long for BAS to decide the place, I went ahead and decided on Patna.
I have made some contact with Patna science college, they said they were organising an event to view the eclipse.
If you all know of a BAS kind of group in Patna or any of you on this group plan to go to Patna, or any other information that could be of help regardingTSE/ Patna, will be highly appreciated.
I reach Patna on 21st morning, indigo flight to BLR- Patna.
My Parents( 78 and 72) would be joining me from Mumbai.
