Hi, Naveen.
We're delighted to hear from you and your group. Indeed, Atul has been a prolific asteroid observer...doing an excellent job.
Participation in the IASC asteroid search campaigns is handled by the SPACE organization in New Delhi. I'm sending a copy of my response to the director Dr. Chander Devgun. He or his staff can be of assistance.
We have all-India campaigns coming up at the end of April through the first part of August. If you'll coordinate your participation with SPACE, I'm sure we'll be able to have you participate in one of these future campaigns.
Cordially,
Dr. Patrick Miller

Dear Dr. J. Patrick Miller,
We from Bangalore Astronomical Society (BAS),
http://www.bas.org.in learnt about IASC search campaign and unfortunately today is the last day for applying.
Could you please consider a few amateur astronomers from BAS to participate in this program? I would be happy to share more details if we have an option to apply as an organisation and contribute for this search program. Last year one of our member Mr. Atul Felix had participated and discovered an asteroid. This year we would like to register as BAS group.
Looking forward to hear more from you. Could you please consider us for this program.
Thanks,
Naveen Nanjundappa
