My old observing partner Neetesh Sharma and Me were having a personal observing session only after Oct 2006. We went for a double observing session on 4 and 5th Jan, with nearly Half Moon setting at midnight. There is nothing much I want to write about the report, since we hardly did anything but travel under very troubling conditions. It was one of those bad times! The second day, our perseverance was paid off, and we saw some galaxies after an indeed long time. Conditions were bad, astonishingly the appearence of DSO's was good. Here are some pics of the trip, displaying our observing site and scenes around. It's a very nostalgic place, now having completed 3 years on New Year's eve.
