The Attribute Exchange spec (http://openid.net/specs/openid-attribute-
exchange-1_0.html) links to http://www.axschema.org/ as a suggested
source for attribute type URIs. Yet also on openid.net is the
http://openid.net/specs/openid-attribute-properties-list-1_0-01.html
document which lists all the same attributes, but with all the
beginnings changed from http://axschema.org to http://openid.net/schema.
So we have everything duplicated:

http://openid.net/schema/namePerson/prefix
http://axschema.org/namePerson/prefix

Well, with both looking officially endorsed by OpenID.net, which is
it? It seems bad to me that we're splintering what should only be
defined once by defining everything twice. Since it's obviously
already done, which one are we migrating to and from so that new
implementations know what to focus on?
