RWA is responsible but little worries abt sharp criticism. How abt sharing your views to improve service and conditions of working with in society. All tenants be verified by Police. One family rent a house and over 10 to 12 people stay. Many single men wr staying. I suggest1. rented house Need survey 4 tenants str2. number of vehicles per house of tenant;3. no Jalwa Horns or blow horns be allowed to b used in society;4. some adults seen crossing over wall opposite 3J/K;5. Security supervisor must have all vehicles issued with sticker details in a Recorded Registers;6. Vegetable shops or other shops prices be fixed. How can thereby Rs 5 a kg potato difference just in P-3 Mandi and own shop. These shops r allotted for both benefit of shop owner and residents and not open loots. 7. Need to make community centre Resident user friendly. Till now it is just store type hall with minimum needs fulfilling of users. 8. Need to open Mandir or Sarve Dharam Sathal urgently. Residents are running outside for all type of religious activities. We need to ensure opening of Temple immediately;

Club membership be offered to Army/Navy/AF officers residing in Gr Noida including those tenants (Armed Forces). They be charged higher deposit amount and monthly subscription as what is charged to Flat owners. This is what is being done at AVI Club, Noida. Offering membership to civilians will have problems particularly at the Bar for liquor besides following the rules that we are used to in Army Clubs.

there is need 2 understand RWA WORKING and all other members support 2 it daily functioning. I feel v must work to help RWA better providing all out support but due help making atmosphere better. Members are requested to suggest AS TO HOW TO MAKE CLUB FUNDCTIONAL BEFORE JUNE 13 so that over 200 members get benefitted with over 100 members residing in nearby areas?How can one suggest working with RWA to resolve club issues?

I feel similarly. The present RWA has done a commendable job. I know AWHO Gurjinder Vihar from 2007, when I had been going there regularly, anxious to get my DU as I was in desparate need for a roof then. It was in a mess and I feel delighted to see the difference now.
Let us not under rate the self less work of the RWA members.

I agree. The MC should in the next meeting just listen to the genuine problems of the residents. Moreover, with the additional residents moving in the aim should be to reduce the overall maint charges by proper planning and judicious use of the revenue and expenditure. Maint ch are the ones that bite and these need to be reduced.

I have been party to electing and supporting this RWA since its inception. I have also seen them function during three continuous years of incumbency. I am disappointed with its style of functioning.The elected members have also displayed no desire and motivation to grasp the challenges that a society of such huge dimension is likely to face. The RWA has been reactive in its approach and has apparently kept itself fully occupied in handling the routine operational problems as they crop up.

What the state of the colony was 3 yrs back and what it is now only shows the RWA has been putting in its bit. Elections were held and everyone of us had the opportunity to stand for election. Some did and from amongst them the present RWA was elected for a second tenure. If one feels strongly about issues they can volunteer to assist the RWA in any of the duties and improve the state. RWA members work voluntarily so can others assist.
