a good Lithe and for those in the South A blessed Yule.
Let us all remember that this is a solemn time too, The Hunt rode last
night and will again until 12th Night.

The Craft and Literature
The relationship between the craft and literature is one that causes
many problems. I am not here talking about books written about the
craft but rather works of fiction.
The craft has featured in fiction for centuries, mostly in literature
for children and young adults. We have frequently been portrayed in... more »

Ritual Matters
What is important in ritual in the craft? Why is it important to
always do it the same way?
These are two very important questions but there are others that also
matter and are often not considered. Why do we do ritual?
The reasons are many, one important consideration is that there are... more »

pretend.
The most reliable way to look at them is to look at what they do, both
for their own members and outside.
Especially outside.
Some traditions like the Path have a long history of helping all wqho... more »

Choices
|
| |
The Creation ( in the Path) tells us that each must be free to choose,
but this can be easily interpreted as " I can change my mind any time
I like" this is in fact not truth.
We are free to choose and make choices all the time, we are free to
choose at each of our rights of passage, indeed at the naming we are... more »

social exclusion
|
| |
One of the most insidious forms of bullying is that of social
exclusion and many of those who come to us for assistance have been
victims of it.
The most obvious form is that which is commonly seen among children,
"you can't be my friend if you are friends with hin/her".
Sound familiar? We have all heard it and it is common in schoolyards... more »
