How do I enter a phrase and then move the cursor to a specific position in a phrase?

I have started to use Opera browser after years of using Chromium/Chrome, the memory leaks have finally got so bad, my machine is grinding to a halt/overheating.  One feature I really miss is the ability to press alt-c and get the code tags up.  So I set up a phrase and it works well -

, but would like to position the cursor between the middle square braces?

Cheers

I've just started to try to do such things, so this is just an idea.

After you run the macro as it is now, position the cursor where you want
it without using your mouse and record (on paper or with the macro
recorder) what keys you pressed. Then add those keystrokes to the end of
your original macro (probably 7 or 8 <left> commands or you can use a few
<cntrl>+<left> commands to get there faster.
