I don't have a DJ800, but if you plot to "ARCH D (Portrait)" and select
"Landscape" for the drawing orientation, I would assume this means you
insert your paper into the printer short edge first, and that you are
plotting the drawing onto it with the horizontal axis parallel to the long
side.
