When I click on any icon in the 3dORBIT toolbar, I keep getting this
message "cannot activate this command transparenly"
Checking CMDCOMMAND I get "setvar" only. Not other command is active.
How did this happen? Any clues please?

If I type any of the commands pertaining the 3d orbit toolbar (instead
of clicking the icon) the toolbar comes to 'life'
