I've noticed a lot of missing posts, and the codes 4xx and 5xx result
codes emitted by Motzarella when the system is busy or down are baffling
Seamonkey and Thunderbird into dropping the post without noting it as a
failure to post..

It is decent for a free, yes. I'm soaking in it now. And I use it often.

I ask again - does anybody know the name of the news server I would
connect to if I were using io/prismnet?

Huh???? :

telnet news.prismnet.com 119

200 nnrp2.twtelecom.net NNRP Service Ready - ne...@twtelecom.net (posting ok).

twtelecom.com? I have a 209.198.x.x IP address. Which is prismnet.com
What is their relation to TW, and I thought TW didn't have any news
servers any more?

Let try it...

But...but... then how would Jonah and all the other NSP's make all those
millions? People aren't going to pay $30/month for unlimited text groups
(or for Public domain movies, music, and porn).
