Thanks in advance

He and I did a job together six years or so ago. I showed him how to bid
the job, procurred the plant materials, installed the irrigation system,
supplied the labor. Everything was done is accordance with a landscape plan
drawn up by a landscape architect. Kevin knew the owners of the commercial
property on which we did the job. He was to provide the financing. I had
all the contacts and knowledge. We were to split the profits.
Kevin ran short on money. I ended up paying for expenses, Kevin gave me a
check to cover expenses but it was no good. I had checks bounce. Kevin
became scarce and didn't return my phone calls. I called the property
owner's representative and threatened to file a lien on the property. Kevin
came to me with an amount of cash that was 1200.00 less than what he owed me
and promised me if I signed a lien release he would come back after he
reiceved the rest of his money and pay me the other 1200.00. He said he
couldn't get the rest of the money until he gave them a lien release. I
signed, took the cash that he have me and never heard from him again.
At the time he called himself "Blades Landscape Services" or something.
From my experience Kevin Ellner is not a man of his word. He is a liar and
a thief. At the time I knew him he had little or no real knowledge of
landscaping, he was simply a guy with some mowers who cut grass for a
living. I would never consider him a professional.
I hope this helps. If I can be of any further assistance to you feel free
to e-mail me or call.

Yeah, that sounds about right. I'm a bill collector in the real world
and let's just say this name is not unknown to me. Unless you like
paying to have mechanics' liens lifted you might want to seek another
contractor.
