Apologies for recent advertisement posting

I have banned the user from the group, reported the email as abuse and
deleted the message from the forum.

To be clear, I am happy to see people take an interest in the group
and share their news of other relevant groups, conferences or even
relevant products. However, the offending email was in no way related
to the group's subject matter and I believe it best serves the members
to treat that as abuse of the forum.
