November BAC Issue

BAC Group,

 

I would like to finalize the Bylaws, before 2009 comes to a close. We started this year with the intention of making revisions, per the group’s comments, then finalizing and voting on the final Bylaws. This has not happened yet, for various reasons. Mainly, the group and I have been side-tracked with many other important bicycle community issues.

 

Please review the attached draft of the BAC Bylaws and reply back with any comments. Let’s plan on discussing and possibly voting on this, at the next BAC meeting.
