You are right, you get what you pay for, and I accepted their limitations (small speaker, mono, 2 1/2"lcd) when I bought them 2 years ago since I figured they would probably be broken within a couple of years. Surprisingly they still work and one is now a permanent fixture on the back patio beside the bbq.

> It might. Thanks. I saw that bulletin for the first time this morning while searching for the other link. I bookmarked it and might try it over the weekend. Now if only Sagem would fix the bugs with the other radio I'd be very happy.
