It is NOT the same.
It is NOT illegal to watch Pirate TV in Australia. However , next year it
will be illegal to supply equipment to a third part y to do so. Although it
will remain legal if you if you make the equipment yourself.
Don't ask me why - this is the result of recent decisions of the
pollies.....I supopose the Pay tv providers will not like it, but for now
they will have to lump it.
