Here are the official members of the Boofhead club, and the reasons they
are in there...
President - Jimmy Stewart/Stuart (Jimmy was the first official member
after packing a sad and stating he would never come back, after someone
criticized Scott Norton. 2 days later he was back, an emotional guy)
Vice President - JB (JB is in here due to his typical Queensland
response after Brisbane made the semi's. Posts such as "Kiss my Ass
Norm", "All Sydney Sux", "HaHaHaHaHa",
"Suck Shit Raider" made JB a big target in here. Then a week after this
burst of immaturity Brisbane got beaten by 40 points. JB's loud mouth
posts were no where to be seen after that.
Bag Boy - Mac Attack (Mac was the second person to be inducted into the
club. I included Mac as after 5 months of reading his posts I still
have yet to understand 1 of them)
Club Treasurer - Greg Panthshurst (Greg was an easy choice for the
boofhead club. He openly criticized my suggestion that Mescia should be
the Australian hooker, the next day he stated that John Doyle, John
SHipway, & Brent Boyd should be automatic selections into the Kangaroo
test team. I let Greg handle the treasury as he fancies himself as an
intelligent guy, so I thought I'd give him a break. I thought the
responsibility could stop him making nerdy posts about "the biomechanics
of the gate cycle", or "Y = MX + C is the reason why Halligan is so
slow" & any other crap like that.
Official Members...
- Brendon Lucas ( For stating he is a league expert and not even knowing
who Scotty Coxon is - I bet you know who he is now Brendon)
- Big Hitter (I don't think I need to explain why, in this case)
- Matty O'neil (For stating that Scooty Coxon would not rate in the top
300 players in the NRL, when clearly he is in the top 5. Also for
stating Troy Stone was a good front rower.)
- Sam Montague (For the dumbest post this year. ROFL. I still crack up
when I think about it. Refer to "who are these selectors?" post. CMU.
- Anthony Goose - (Originally for condoning the use of foul language and
making fun of people's families. Since then I have had a lot of time
for A Goose, he is a good sport who takes a rark on the chin. He is
actually quite clever for a queenslander.)
You're still a boofhead though.
- Tim Shamey - (For giving the Hitter and I a long, boring lecture about
acting in an appropriate behavior bla bla bla. Hitter and I were only
giving each other a bit of light hearted banter, and Tim had to come on
in and preach his BS)
- Matthew Lyne - (Matt is the most recent member, he is in here for
jumping on the band wagon and trying to be "a player" in here by bagging
Coxon. As stated he is akin to a geeky school kid trying to impress the
cool ones)
So that's it folk's, the boofhead club to date.
Be careful as YOU could soon be included.
