  I have no problem with referees cracking down on players who step over the &lt;br&gt; line, but surely EVERY player starts a game with a clean slate, and everyone &lt;br&gt; should be afforded the same number of warnings. If for example, Ennis did it &lt;br&gt; twice and got sin binned after the second one, then the same punishment
