What a bizarre round, in the 3 matches decided by a few goals a case could
be made that the better sides on the day all lost due to the amount of
luck involved at certain stages.

The ladders still flatters some sides and this will still take a while to
sort out due to the inequities of the 2012 draw - but it does give the
media another brainless week of picking a Premiership favourite.

C'mon... the only time Richmond could kick a goal was when they weren't
trying to, and it fell though the pack! 'Twas hilarious, but only
because at the end the Bombers illustrated for Carlton what a pair of
balls are: sometimes you don't get everything go your way, and you have
to dig in and gut out the win...
