Hilarious that Melbourne must recruit an expensive player to meet the
*minimum* 92.5% Salary Cap expenditure for 2010!

Apparently they need to recruit Ball to get them over the line.

Why can't they be like Richmond and pay virtually 100% of the cap every
year for their under-performing duds?

Richmond are light years behind Carlton David, we were
miles over the cap when we won our first ever spoon.
That takes some beating.
