For those who have not seen it here is a copy of the TRUTH,

"James Morgan controversy,

Several posters in the Usenet newsgroup aus.rail, including some
Railpage members, have questioned James Morgan's fitness to play a
role in Railpage[1].

Morgan was one of three teenagers charged by police as part of an
inquiry into the Newport rail yards, where youths allegedly made
duplicates of stolen keys, manufactured train tickets, stole railway
equipment and conductors' uniforms. The Herald Sun reported that in
May 2004 he pleaded guilty to seven charges of theft from cars,
possessing stolen property and possessing an explosive substance[2]
[3].

Morgan stated there was not enough evidence to support some of the
charges, there was no theft and he did not face that many charges. He
slao said the magistrate commented in court that "The offences
committed were clearly not done deliberately"[4].

As early as June 2004 one Railpage member questioned Morgan's fitness
to be part of the part of Railpage administrator/moderator team[5]."

censored and claim Morgan's criminal history is "offensive", "not
relevant" and not even true. Some of the Railpage kiddies even claim
he is innocent!
