home from hospital ,, scanners flat lost all freq

hi all been in hosp again , get home and the scanner memory battery has gone
flat
can someone please enlighten me on some freqs please I'm having trouble
finding my listings
and remembering which ones were the right ones

When back from hospital I couldn't remember what the controls did! Where
are you situated?

On the right hand side of the uniden 396 scanners webpages there is a link that lets you seach by postcodes for frequencys,hope this helps . Bob
