Hi.

The Cibi is still very active.
Dice are used is simple and free today because any license (or other) is
ask.
The communications are of course free, two or more. :-) Regional or
global scale (with the spread) as at the moment.
The Cibi: This is the best way to break the solitude. :-)
To discuss with strangers. Their voices heard. Meet people.
On the road, it's just great ...
All you need is a good antenna position (Blooming, and properly
adjusted) and a power supply if it is for use at home. The contacts are
generally very friendly.

Prefer multimode positions: FM, AM, USB, LSB. They are more efficient.
Also in some difficult conditions locally, you can simply switch to USB,
LSB or FM to retrieve the caller.
The calling channels:
In AM: 19 (and maybe even some departments of the 27)
USB: 4 and 12 of the 40 channels Superior (for positions unbridled
(export version). ;-)
