Looks like you missed the point completely.
Perhaps if Truman had permitted MacArthur to do what the wanted and
A-bomb 4 mainland Chinese cities during the Korean War, you'd have a better
and more mature understanding of why here in the US we don't "celebrate" the
dropping
of the A-Bombs at all. I myself am an advocate of their use in WWII, but I'm
honest enough
to say that it's something that should never be done again to any civilians
in any country.
If your attitude is reflective of the Chinese population, which I doubt it
is, don't be surprised
if China becomes the second country in history to be hit with nuclear
weapons at some time
in the future.

WW1 is not over YET mate , it was started over middle east oil in
1914 ,and its still going strong

The war is still undecided until the middle east fighting stops

The west will in time bleed to death , like the first crusades lasted
about 200 years ,

the WW1 started in 1914 and wont end for decades yet

But if kill or be killd is OK

Then you dont mind another 9/11 ??

JohnK, young man, you are wrong! USA already bombed China with bio-
weapon in 1950s.

Don't believe American are better than other people.

Killing Civilians in WWII was a normal manner. German bombed
England, English bombed German, Jap bombed Chongqing.... then US
bombed Jap.

During the Korea war, US already shipped A-bomb to Korea. I have the
photos. It was French who prevented US army to use them. Truman?
That fucking guy already asked US army to use A-bomb and dirty bomb in
Korea.

Wrong. the japs did not load any biological weapon on the balloons
they launched to USA simply because it's extremely violate the
humanitarianism.

It's just a difference in the behavior between decent human beings and
the brutal savages of White Christian supremacists and Chinese
supremacists.

You have been lying through your teeth ever since you started posting,
Anko !
Nothing you posted has any essence of truth ! Everything was pure
nonsense.
You didn't even dare say the name of that infamous Toshikatsu
Matsuoka, let alone what happened to him and why.

Every POW, under the Japanese, can testify to the animal brutality behaviour
displayed by their jailers.

Those POWs were not civilians. They were soldiers that had been
trained to butcher the japs. They were strongly resisting against the
japs even though they were caught, so they deserved to be treated like
that. Otherwise, they would have harmed the japs.

Bullshit, many "civilians" were imprisoned and brutalised throughout the
Pacific, What excuse can you produce to justify the Japanese behaviour
during the rape and murder of Chinese, both on the Chinese mainland and
South East Asia?
Your attempt to re-write History is pathetic.
Linking "humanitarianism" with the Japanese Armed Forces conduct during WW2
is ludicrous.

WRONG. They were all morons brainwashed by the White supremacy, then
cooperating to the Whites butchering the japs, so they were considered
as soldiers or guerillas. Those good people cooperating to the japs
were not treated as that.

> during the rape and murder of Chinese, both on the Chinese mainland and

There is no rape and murder in China. There was a battle. Rape and
murder is what you did to the japs after you invaded Japan in Aug.15th
1945.

> South East Asia?

Sunny :

What kind of moron would trust that kind of crude distortions created
by the White supremacists that butchered millions of SouthEast Asians
and Aboriginals only for their greedy prosperity ?

By the way, you brutal slaughterer, how many Aboriginals and Asians
have you slaughtered so far in your life? 10? or more than 10?

The laws of war say that POWs have to be protected.

Anyway, I don't think anyone really complains about the A-bombs.
After all, Japan had every opportunity to surrender beforehand. Not
our fault they waited until two nukes were dropped before they
surrendered.

You should know that the Allies had never treated the Japanese POWs
right.
They slaughtered the most of them. They even imprisoned civilian japs
staying in N. America.

Most people, Americans or otherwise, don't particularly believe they are
better than
other people.
But it's a safe bet to say that most people are better than you since they
don't advocate
the indiscrimnaite killing of civilians of any country.
You proved everything I said. You're a hate mongering retard.

Bullshit monkey assed retard, they loaded incindiaries because the
whole balloon plan was based on trying to start forest fires that would
go out of control, similar to the wildfires that plague the USWC today.

Just take a look at his profile and read (if you can stand them) some
of his past posts will clearly show you he is nothing but a village
idiot, who tried to rouse the Chinese peasants to start a revolution
by making hand guns at home (!!??).

How is the monkey ass like? Is it like the faces of this blonde hair
species?

Anyway, incendiaries are far better than biological weapons. Forest
fires are often even caused by spontaneous combustions in the dry
climate of California so I don't think it's a big deal for a war.

Yes, we used them on major Japanese and German cities during the war.
In total they killed more people than the A-bombs.

Tell that lie to the residents of Nanking China, or the Korean Comfort women
or even my wife who saw the benevelent Japanese in Hanoi, Vietnam. Tell
that to the victimes of biological research performed on Chineese prisoners
along with some westerners. Tell Phillipinos, Singaporeans, people of Hong
Kong how civilizzed the Japs were.

Personally, today, I like the Japanese and their culture but at the
beginning of WWII, the Japanese military treated civilians and surrendered
soldiers with barbarity.

Keep in mind that Japan could have prevented the destruction of both
Hiroshima not Nagasaki. It was their choice to start a war and their choice
to stop the war once they were losing.

The civilians of Nanking and the Phillipines were not soldiers.

Gee, I wonder why the soldiers resisted so much? Could it be that they were
aware of the treatment they would receive? Could it be that they knew
Japanese soldiers considered surrender as dishonorable and surrenderees
weren't worthy of good treatment?

As far as Nanking, there are photos of the autrocities while they were being
done.

Leaflets Dropped On Cities In Japan

Leaflets dropped on cities in Japan warning civilians about the atomic bomb,
dropped c. August 6, 1945

TO THE JAPANESE PEOPLE:
America asks that you take immediate heed of what we say on this leaflet.

We are in possession of the most destructive explosive ever devised by
man. A single one of our newly developed atomic bombs is actually the
equivalent in explosive power to what 2000 of our giant B-29s can carry on a
single mission. This awful fact is one for you to ponder and we solemnly
assure you it is grimly accurate.

We have just begun to use this weapon against your homeland. If you still
have any doubt, make inquiry as to what happened to Hiroshima when just one
atomic bomb fell on that city.

Before using this bomb to destroy every resource of the military by which
they are prolonging this useless war, we ask that you now petition the
Emperor to end the war. Our president has outlined for you the thirteen
consequences of an honorable surrender. We urge that you accept these
consequences and begin the work of building a new, better and peace-loving
Japan.

You should take steps now to cease military resistance. Otherwise, we
shall resolutely employ this bomb and all our other superior weapons to
promptly and forcefully end the war.

EVACUATE YOUR CITIES.

ATTENTION JAPANESE PEOPLE. EVACUATE YOUR CITIES.
Because your military leaders have rejected the thirteen part surrender
declaration, two momentous events have occurred in the last few days.

The Soviet Union, because of this rejection on the part of the military
has notified your Ambassador Sato that it has declared war on your nation.
Thus, all powerful countries of the world are now at war with you.

Also, because of your leaders' refusal to accept the surrender declaration
that would enable Japan to honorably end this useless war, we have employed
our atomic bomb.

A single one of our newly developed atomic bombs is actually the
equivalent in explosive power to what 2000 of our giant B-29s could have
carried on a single mission. Radio Tokyo has told you that with the first
use of this weapon of total destruction, Hiroshima was virtually destroyed.

Before we use this bomb again and again to destroy every resource of the
military by which they are prolonging this useless war, petition the emperor
now to end the war. Our president has outlined for you the thirteen
consequences of an honorable surrender. We urge that you accept these
consequences and begin the work of building a new, better, and peace-loving
Japan.

Act at once or we shall resolutely employ this bomb and all our other
superior weapons to promptly and forcefully end the war.

EVACUATE YOUR CITIES.

Japan Admits Dissecting WW-II POWs
On May 5, 1945, an American B-29 bomber was knocked down over southern
Japan. Eight American airmen prisoners were made available for medical
experiments at Kyushu Imperial University. The eight were dissected organ by
organ while they were still alive.

This is the only site where Americans were incontrovertibly used in
dissections and the only known site where experiments were done in Japan.
Kyushu University, Fukuoka, is midway between Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

All my friends, all my parents, think jap deserves what they got....As
a matter of fact, I was considered as some kind of traitor only
because I though it was to brutal to drop that bomb.
You know why?
Because countless innocent people were during that war, the so-called
NanJing massacre is not a story, it actually happened....300000 people
in NanJing were shot and killed for no reason, and much more were
killed in other place of China. I know that for sure, because my
grandma's born villege was ruined, and all her old friends
died.....She saw that from distance by her own eyes.
So, please let us celebrate...You do not know how we feel.

.....haha?
You use living Chinese in the test of biological weapons, a lot
evidence left in Manchou. Even today we can accidentally find some
biological weapons buried by your army...Last year such a bomb leaked
and cause several people died, your goverment sent doctors here.
You remember that?

Unlike you, we don't "despise" any country. We certainly despise certain
forms of government, such as
communist dictatorships that bully other countries as well as their own
citizens.
But we don't particularly despise the country. In fact every country we've
ever fought
a war against, we don't despise. Most of them become our friends and allies.
Because we don't have to keep hate alive to maintain national unity.
Yes, it's not easy to play Global Policeman at all. But more countries trust
us than anyone else to
do the job.

Moron. The WWll was the war to change the order of the world. The West
has been exclusively dominated by the Anglo-Saxons, and the East Asia
was exclusively dominated by the Empire of China for centuries.
Germany was to outrun the position of the Anglo-Saxons, and the japs
were to overrun the Chinese. The japs released the Korean peninsula
from the Qing dynasty, but subsequently the Anglo-Sasons and the
Chinese allied and defeated the japsn and Germany. Everyone except you
moron knows it. It doesn't matter whether USA officially allied with
Chairman Mao or not. The important thing is, USA surely helped Mao
greatly to ruin the japs and to build his empire..

"Rape of Nanking" is a fabrication USA and China conspired.
"Pearl Harbor" is what your great leader Roosevelt plotted. You brutal
invaders of Hawaii and Asia should have been executed anyway. It's a
dishonorable military facilities of the Whites like you butchering
Hawaiians and trying to invade Asia. So it had to be ruined anyway.
"Battan march" is a disaster caused by poor facilities.

None of them is eligible to compare with the intentional Holocaust of
Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Qin ShiHuang killed a lot more, and they named the country after him.

China must learn and take steps to protect themselves instead of
thieving themselves for money, power and women. Don't blame Japan.
It was the way of life at that time. Blame China itself, blame the
Chinese people for their own corruption, their way of life, and their
stealing, thieving, and taking advantages of the poor for the
condition of China.

Bullshit monkey boy.
The Chinese "Empire" hadn't dominated Asia since the Qing Dynasty came to
power, after which China was everyone's bitch, not unlike your role with
your
Anglo-Saxon boyfriend.
Even Japan took a slice of China in 1895 and got Taiwan.

The China that was an ally, under Chiang Kai Shek is ebntirely differentr
from the PRC.
Everyone in the known universe knows this except you because you're a
brainless fuckwit.

Wrong asshole, Japan helped Mao come to power by invading when the KMT were
at odds with the CCP.
Even Mao Tse Tung himself said that he needed to "thank the Japanese" for
helping him
come to power.

with 1000 times more events than what the japs got as its high

Liu yun, do you really know what is going on around the world? Pick
up a daily newspaper, watch TV news. What is happening around the
world? The whole Middle East is nothing but trouble with Israel
against all the others, war in Iraq, war in Afghanistan. Who is the
instigator of all these wars? the U.S. and you thank the U.S. for
keeping the world peace? Wake up and smell the coffee.

The U.S. has done the same thing as Saddam Hussein, kill all its
opposition plus more, including the old decrepit men, women, and
children and has completely destroyed Iraq in the process. Liu Yun,
you are one of the most ignorant person ever.

Yea, America will deny all when things are bad. We only take credit
for the good, not the bad.

The people are responsible for their countries leadership. After the war,
the Japanese maintained much of their culture but got rid of their military
and Samarai outlook. Only America would be so compassionate as to assist in
rebuilding the homland of a defeated enemy.

Additionally, the two atomic bombs ended the war and saved hundreds of
thousand more lives than were lost in the two bombings, not to mention
numerous historic sites which surely would have been destroyed.

Collective responsibility doesn't wash. In a democracy, no citizen can
force another to vote as he would. So if the electorate chooses a
leader/party/policy that goes against A's wishes, how can A be
considered responsible? It's simple -- he can't.

I told you a hundred times, Both ROC and PRC are China, and Taiwan is
NOT ROC. Those remnants of ROC in Taiwan support, belong to China, the
PRC nowadays. They don't belong to the independent nation of Taiwan.
It means, USA only allied with ROC whichonly belomgs to China, not
Japanese Taiwan. Japanese Taiwan was enemy of USA. And China PRC
nowadays.

Anyway, USA is only approving "one China" and it's PRC, so that's your
buddy, moron.

You can shove your twisted logic up your monkey ass.
The US was allied with Chiang Kai Shek, the KMT in WWII.
NOT with Mao Tse Tung and the CCP.
This is a fundametal basic reality which you need to accept.
Taiwan today is still officially ROC.
There has been a movement over the last decade to move away from
being ROC and ultimately seek complete independence as Taiwan.
Although both the US and Japan openly support the One-China Policy for
diplomatic
and economic reasons, strategically they both support Taiwan.
Until you read up on current events in this area, just STFU.

Your brain stops working at 1945? You ignore history from then till now?
The US has never been allied with Mao Tse Tung, the CCP or the PRC since
they came to power in 1949.

China became the "laughing stock of the world" during the Qing
Dynasty. China can not get any lower when a foreign power put up
signs in your country with "No dog or Chinese allowed". You can not
get any lower than that.

or was that a myth?

http://www.ihr.org/jhr/v15/v15n5p31_Weber.html

China's 'No Dogs or Chinese' Sign
Debunking Another Historical Fable
For many years it has endured as a particularly striking example of
the demeaning, racist way that Chinese were treated in their own
country during the early decades of this century. At a time when
Europeans, and especially the British, dominated much of China, a sign
at the entrance to the Huangpu Park in Shanghai supposedly announced:
"No Dogs or Chinese Allowed."

For decades this story has been widely repeated. It is cited in
numerous books, including the writings of China's first republican
president, Sun Yat-Sen. Harvard University historian John K. Fairbank
refers in his 1986 study, The Great Chinese Revolution (p. 147) to the
"oft-mentioned (but never photographed?) sign at the Public Garden on
the Shanghai bund (waterfront), 'No Dogs or Chinese Allowed'." Oddly,
it seems that no one has ever reported actually seeing the infamous
sign, and the story's precise origin has always been obscure.

Last year a Chinese journalist set off a furor when he announced that
his research indicated that the sign never existed. To impress the
Chinese masses with the wickedness of European imperialists, he
reported, the park sign story was popularized as official history
during the 1950s in Shanghai's "Museum for History and
Reconstruction."

As the German monthly Nation und Europa (Sept. 1994) reports, this bit
of revisionist debunking has touched off heated discussion in China
about the social-pedagogical utility of history. The official
Guangming daily paper, for example, told readers that any expression
of doubt about the existence of the Shanghai park sign will retard the
proper education of the people.

There's plenty of evidence for the Holocaust. It's not a myth. Do you
think it's a myth?

What evidence is there for the "No Dogs or Chinese" sign? Couldn't it
possibly be a myth?

After reading all the posts on a thread entitled "Why Hitler killed
the Jews" within SCC a few weeks ago, the holocaust was a myth
perpetuated by the Jewish people to gain favorable sympathy for the
Jews. Wartime conditions were horrible not only for the Jews during
WWII, it was also horrible for the Germans. Typhoid killed a lot of
prisoners, and the Germans had to get rid of the bodies fast. Hence a
requirement for the gas chambers to burn the bodies. I accept the
explanation as logical.

It should be clear to an intelligent person that the holocaust was not
a myth and I doubt that you believe that it was. If you do then you're
even crazier than I had thought.

This sort of "logic" quickly devolves to the moronic "I believe
whatever I feel like believing based on what I would like to be true"
attitudes so prevalent on this NG.
