Supposed to be a swap meet for motorcyckle only bikes and parts next Sunday 6th December? Heard it around the traps, it is somewhere up near Dunolly, Maryborough, Bendigo somewhrere. Looked around but can't find anything about it in my local bike shop. Anyone else heard anything and if so, where is it?... more »

I've been offered a Pegaso (late Rotax model). Any thoughts as a mostly South Coast NSW road bike with some dirt (& maybe 10% of the time with a pillion), or should I just get the 650 V-Strom I was thinking about before this came along? Cheers

"Runaway road toll blamed on rise in motorcycle use" (article below) So, 94 extra deaths than last year, of which the increased motorcycle deaths represents less than a quarter (21 increase). Take out the bicycles (increase of 8..more than doubled..) and still left with a conclusion that runaway road toll should be blamed on rise... more »

So I was riding the Mighty Scooter home from work. Fire up OK, was a bit hesitant riding up the little hill to Epping road, seemed to clear, then stopped. Gah.
