Subject: Surround sound system
I have a question about surround sound as I'm interested in getting
one. I have a large 3 year old Sony Bravia, a Foxtel IQ and an LG
DVD recorder.

The one thing I don 't look forward to is all those speaker wires.

Is there such a thing as a wireless sourround sound system. One which
doesn't have speaker wires, but the signal is transmitted to the
speakers.

There are some which offer wireless for the rears , however wouldn't it
be prudent to cruise the hifi places in person first ?

I know samsung do one with wireless rears.  But you still need to power them
which means wires anyway.  Just buy a rug to cover the wires or run them up the
wall cavity.
