HI,

Can anyone recommend Windows software to help in garden design?

It would be good to have 3d view, maybe terrain/topographical info,
and a database of common and Australian plants.

Thanks

Robin

I can recommend NOT buying Landscape Design 3D by Expert Software. It is utter crap.
It hangs every 2 minutes. I have looked at their web page, and they say it is a
known bug!!! They have a patch that they say they will email you if you ask for it.
I asked last week, and have still not heard anything. I got it from KMart for $20.
Waste of money. DON'T BUY THIS.

Slightly off-topic, I know (apologies), but the problem you describe with
your Landscape Design 3D by Expert Software is exactly the problem I have
with their Home Design 3D software. It was a waste of money.

Therefore I would have to agree - DON'T BUY THEIR LANDSCAPE SOFTWARE.
