So, the festy scrag is packing up and pissing off...
We suspect it may have something to do with the *very* large "For Lease" sign
nailed to the front window frame...
Of course, we signed the new lease last week, but we're not telling her that.
So, we'll need a new flatmate:)

Requirements are:
1) Broadminded. Partly to deal with the household, but mostly to deal with
living in the dubious part of fitzroy. We don't walk barefoot outside, and
we have biiiig fuck-off bars on all the doors and windows.

2) Relaxed. To deal with the household. We're not *too* bad at cleaning,
but we're not fussy, nor meticulous, and the house ain't exactly top notch.
Various members of the household smoke drugs and play loud doof. It's a share
house:)

3) No dogs. Not negotiable. I'm about to buy kittens and we have a rabbit, so
cat-compatible pets are fine, but no dogs.

4) A spare $130 week for rent, then there's gas, electricity et. Details on
application:)

What we offer:
1) Large well-lit room in Gertrude st - just off Brunswick St but still
walking distance to the CBD.

2) 5 fairly groovy flatmates - most of us grown ups with real jobs(tm)[0] but
we have a token student/dole bludger/artist/ to entertain us. She's getting
better:)

3) 24/7 cable internet. Nuff said.

4) We have a few phone lines lying around. One of them could probably even be
reconnected. And, evidently, no-one else would want it ( we all seem to live on
mobiles)

So, if anyone is looking or knows someone who is looking such a place,
drop me a line. I can't give a firm timeframe, since the festy scrag is
still actually here, but we can be flexible for the right person, and it
will be in the 4-8 weeks, give or take.
