Help - IT Training Package Request

I am looking for an Intro to IT training package for basic computing skills.

I would like to raise the skills of the field workforce of a large Aust
company in preparation for retraining in IT based products but our online
training contractor is no longer available. All of the other material I
have found so far has been application based where I need an IT overview
solution

Does anyone know of a good interactive CD/book or online IT training course
that is suitable for self paced training aimed at people with interest but
entry level skills? All staff will have a Win2K notebook to use for the
training.

Any advice is very welcome.

Local TAFE colleges have introductory computing courses. Do you want to do
programming, web design, basic spreadsheets/wordprocessing or somthing else?

Check out the TAFE flexible delivery modules and distance learning
packages , they are a self paced modules intended for self paced study
and home study .
I am sure that TAFE could come up with a solution for you if you have a
quite a few people that needs to be trained.

I have done both the flexible delivery modules and distance learning
ones in IT , most of them are fairly good and easy to follow , they are
intended to get the student to follow along with the exercises and
dialog in a book building up the student skills.
