Selling our much loved classic MGY.

Yes it's time for our 1949 MGY to be moved on for our next project.
This beautiful 1949 MGY Classic was originally owned from new by one
family in Sydney.
It was purchased by us 3 years ago and is now up for sale once more,
yes that's right, we are the second owners.
The MGY is in excellent working order, even to the factory fitted sun
roof opening and closing easily.
The back window can be shaded by pulling on the 'string' to raise the
back blind for privacy.
The interior is still in good condition, with the seats piped in red
to enhance the look.

The speedo has the original 24000 miles showing and the tyres have
good tread left on them.
The solid timber finish is also in excellent order.
I have set up a web site to show the car off in it's full glory. All
the contact info and about a dozen pics are available there. I am
advertising this car far and wide, so don't miss this chance..
This is a rare classic with a very realistic price. If you have always
wanted one you will kick yourself if you miss out.

A pre-WW2 Wolseley with an MG badge - no thanks. My parents had that
model Wolseley in the late 40's.

They were shit!!!!!! But you would have known that - they were built
well before you were born. Ever drive one?

Not that I owned that model but I did own a Wolesly 14 for a time and
it was an excellent machine and basically a later model
Ever drive one?
yes , seemed to go quite well for the model
I expect you had a minor bad experience or failed to realise old
pommie stuff is highly idiosyncratic
