Any experience with getting macpac pack fixed under warranty?

I have a few things repaired by them, but always outside of the warranty

period. I posted them to Melbourne. The cost was always reasonable and
repair job excellent.

They replaced the Cascade straps which had suddenly started to disintegrate after ten years . Rest of the pack is in excellent condition, and new straps look like a much better design.
