Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Own the quality for several components and features * Design test
strategies, write test plans, and execute test cases * Own testing
progress for key components * Identify bug trends and drive resolution
* Participate in operational activities

Experience and Skills:

* Expert in GUI and Web Front End Functional testing using both manual
techniques and automation tools * Strong Linux skills * Experience in
designing and developing test strategies and test harnesses for large
scale web applications * Good understanding of Web architecture and
technologies * Working knowledge of Shell scripting, HTML, SQL,
Apache, XML, JavaScript * Familiarity with at least one scripting
language Ruby, Perl, Python, or similar language * Excellent problem
solving and communication skills * Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
