About you
You are a tech whiz, who is hungry to learn and able to share knowledge with more junior IBL team members. You enjoy variety and like to use different technologies and products on a regular basis, and can work on tasks ranging from a few hours to days at a time. Competent in .NET and SQL, you are able to work with legacy code such as ASP, and have no problem working with technical issues cross platform and framework (.ASP, .NET, Azure, MVC and Javascript). Some knowledge in classic ASP is a plus, but if that's not the case then we're willing to show you the ropes! Keen for a challenge, you enjoy problem solving unique situations and are able to do so within a fast paced environment.
About the role
You'll be a part of a tight-knit team who provides technical expertise and knowledge to our client support team, in order to help them solve tricky problems within timeframes. Your role will require you to apply robust code fixes, ensure detailed technical and functional documentation, and take part in technical testing. This role may also see you pick up new technologies along the way, as you establish effective working relationships with a range of people across our teams.
