QA Engineer

Description POSITION SUMMARY: To act as a lead technical and system
knowledgeable resource in all matters related to Regulatory Compliance
and to the company’s Quality Management Systems. To participate in a
hands-on manner regarding all activities involved in new product
planning, problem resolution, continuous improvement and conformance
verification of company supplied goods and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in the installation and maintenance of the Quality
Systems.

2. Review and approve documentation for accuracy and conformance to
the Quality System requirements.

3. Perform pFMEA for new and existing products.

4. Implement validations, test plans, and control plans for products
and equipment.

5. Participate in MRB and failure analysis.

6. Assist with inspection and measurement for products as required.

7. Conduct and coordinate Internal and Supplier audits and follow-up.

8. Propose, initiate and follow-up corrective actions generated by the
Quality Systems.

Requirements 1. 5 years experience as an engineer with direct
experience in ISO and/or Medical Quality Systems.

2. BS in an engineering discipline desirable.

3. Familiarity with injection molding process and products. Processing
experience is a plus.

4. Excellent PC and communication skills.
