QA Manager

Required Education: Bachelors

Required Experience: 3-5 Years

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of owning the
overall quality of web applications, from requirements through final
delivery. The candidate will be able to not only own and develop the
overall QA strategy, but will also be adept at (and enthusiastic
about!) rolling up their sleeves and getting into the details of
execution.

Primary responsibilities include: Create overall test toolbox from the
ground up, including white/black box testing, automation (both UI and
backend), and defining the overall role test will play in the
development process Manage QA through the entire lifecycle, including
engaging external vendors and working with internal stakeholders to
execute tests Sign off on releases, and maintain overall quality of
functionality once shipped

Experience and Educational Requirements 2+ years experience as a QA
Lead or QA Manager Proficient at understanding, breaking, and fixing
code (bonus points for Java, SQL, Ruby) Strong analytical skills
Passionate commitment to both engineering and user experience quality
Bachelors degree; technical degree is a plus (e.g. BS in Computer
Science, etc.) Travel industry / hospitality experience highly valued
