Executive Committee

I do not think our 600+ team will ever depend on one person, that is why we have 11 members in E.C.  I strongly feel that there should be trust and respect for each other within the new committee but no chance for politics. 

 

In fact, I also requested Mr Manoj Tiwari couple of days back to circulate the contact details of our Executive Members, but so far it did not happen.  I wanted to contact the UNI journalist who had been elected as E.C. member,  as I am also working with PTI, another news agency.  But it is for sure that Mr Tiwari is checking the e-mails because today I received one e-mail circulated by him.

 

We can understand that some members will not like to share their contact nos in public due to official reasons, but still their names could have been circulated by now.  I request you to please contact Mr Suman Nayak who will be able to help you with the required details of all the Executive Members since Mr Nayak was noting down the minutes of last meeting of allottees.  I hope all will agree that we need to know in formal way who all are our Executive Committee Members.

Since I dont have the list of our members, and Manoj has also not provided to me, I need to ask from our group who are the members. Seems like Manoj is busy and can not spend much time for the group.
 
I will therefore need to ask later in case we need to have a replacement for Manoj.
 
Meanwhile, I request all the members to call me and email on my personal id, so that the action going forward may be discussed since I have spoken to the concerned.

I suggest you to limit such communications within the Executive Committee members.  May be, you can create a group of e-mail ids for executive committee.  

 

I hope your presence in the Executive Committee will be very useful for the project progress as you are a very good and transparent communicator. 

 

You are welcome to send general e-mails to us any time, as a communicator on behalf of the Executive Committee.  We will eagerly await your mails which may be the collective voice of E.C.

PS : I had yesterday sent message to Manoj Tiwari, which I am not sure if you all have received. In case by any chance Mr. Tiwari is extremely busy and is not in a position to spare time, we will need to find another person who could share the responsibility.
