Aura's fraud

I am also one of the victims of Aura's fraud with the customers.
Flat No. I/104 was booked during Sept 2007 with the completion
promised in April 2009. I made complete down payment as demanded by
the Firm, financing through my saving and loan from bank.
Now the state of affairs is really extremely worrisome as Mr Anil Jain
is understood to be locked behind the bars due to litigations by the
buyers who simply have been cheated by this notorius builder.
GDA has sealed the structures under construction and no activities of
construction or completion is going on for months.
I talked to MR Nitin Pathania, on his mobile, who seems to be all in
all to deal with customers and handle them, few days back. He says,
work inside the towers are going on. In fact the inside story is not
known to us. They had partnership problem, what Mr Pathania told. He
also says hearing in the case was due on 8 Sept and 11 Sept.
The problem is very serious and big and some collective actions are
really required.

nothing is happening at the site. i was there last sunday. there were only 10 labors, site is still sealed by gda - absolutely no progress. we need to have collective action. i am trying to figure out the best possible way. the first thing is that let the builder come out - hopefully he will get bail on 10 / 12 oct. once their office resumes working, we will go and sit in his office. i am hopeful that the builder would start working once he comes out of jail. frankly i will wait for another 3 months - by that time if there is no progress, we will then have to approach in a legal way.
in the meantime, lets have our homework complete. the least that you could do presenlty is that at least send them a cool mail with your queries (dont be harsh on the email). i am starting to do the same. this will also help in case we plan to go legally against the bulder in future.

I am preety hopeful about completion of Aura Chimera because of following few facts.
1: Aura Chimera is not Nitishree's [Anil Jain's] project but separately it's Ankur Jain's [Aura Infrastructure Ltd.] project and Anil Jain is arrested for problems with Nitishree's projects.
2: Major problem is with Nitishree's projects [NH24, Alstonia, Shouryapuram] not with Aura Chimera and you can clearly see the difference in project completion status.
3: The level of construction in Aura Chimera is far ahead as compared to Nitishree's projects as this is the First project of Aura Infrastructurs [Ankur Jain's company] and also Nitishree is planning to move interested people to this project's flats based on their willingness and availability of similar flats
4: The amount of construction shows investment in Aura Chimera however company is facing temporary finencial crunch so sonstruction suspended.
5: Aura Chimera is sealed for building additional floors against approved floors which is again not a crime but some settlement\re-approval required from GDA. Upon disapproval GDA can demolish the additional floors but remaining floors have no such issues.
6: Finencial crunch can happen with any company as cost has risen to level which could be not in reach of builder due to temporary conditions. They started multiple projects at a time with some plans which could not be materialized well.
7: They have plenty of land bank which can be mortgaged and then money can be used for completing projects as assured by company officials. The same they have shown to the court authorities as well. [I think this could be one of the major reason of asking for bail in court].
I am preety hopeful about completuionm of Aura Chimera however delay is expected due to uncontrable reason. If they had some fraud in mind then they did not even bring Aura to its present level. You can see and estimate how much they have invested in land\construction\labour till date.
If you read the notice pasted on the construction site office, its says about construction of additional floors and suggests meeting with GDA official for clarification on the same.
This is truely my personal opinion and any views\reverts are welcome.
